Director: Harmony Korine
Year Released: 2023
Rating: 0.0

This "non-film" by ever-evolving filmmaker Korine is about self-proclaimed "greatest assassin alive" BO (Jordi Mollà) - who has a wife, children and acts as a mentor to killer Zion (rapper Travis Scott, sporting a serpent's tongue) - and how he's been ordered to execute a winged demon ... which he does (with relative ease), chops off his head and leaves it for "little people" to play catch with.  There's no credited screenwriter which makes sense since the "plot" is extremely simple and the dialogue and acting needed a significant amount of refinement, but the main focus is on the visuals: the entire eighty minute project was recorded with infrared cameras (which allegedly came from NASA) and it looks like some sort of hybrid movie/video game - the flesh of the characters "morph" to reveal different intricate designs (and their faces sometimes change into skulls), and there's a colossal Satanic monster lurking in the horizon.  Audiences have most likely never seen anything similar to it with its retina-dissolving neon colors, although many might be exhausted with it well before it's finally over.  Does this suggest Korine is going to keep working in the digital realm and possibly make something playable for the next PlayStation or Xbox akin to Cyberpunk 2077?  It wouldn't surprise me....
