Murder Mystery 2 (2023) review

Husband and wife "detectives" Nick (Adam Sandler) and Audrey (Jennifer Aniston) - who feel a little "burned out" - get invited by their billionaire friend Vikram (Adeel Akhtar) to travel to his private island for his planned wedding to Claudette (Mélanie Laurent) ... but Vik gets kidnapped, hostage negotiator Miller (Mark Strong) appears and Nick and Audrey bumble their way through the streets of Paris.  The two leads have a good deal of (non-romantic) chemistry together - they've been friends in real-life for decades - and there are a few decent zingers in there, but like the first one it's trifling: Nick and Audrey are accused of murder, there's a fight in the back of a van, properties are destroyed and (expectedly) someone ends up dangling off the Eiffel Tower.  It's really a long-form sitcom episode, but that might be enough for some....
