More half-cocked drivel from Hong (this time in black and white): an acupuncturist prays to God for help with ... something, many people smoke outside during a snowy Korean winter, a young man meets up with his mother and a famous actor (who's had too much soju), a young lady says she has uveitis, two dudes go swimming in the ocean.  He keeps cranking out the same barely-formed "movies" - which all seem like they were improvised on the spot - and the professional critics keep (inexplicably) falling for it ... but in reality this is the kind of half-formed project that a lethargic and narcissistic BFA student would toss together at the last minute.  "Life needs a little impulsiveness," one character states: perhaps, but a soupçon of thoughtfulness would be nice too.
