Ultrasound (2021) review

On his way home from a wedding, Glen (Vincent Kartheiser) accidentally drives over spikes in the road and winds up in the home of unhappily married couple Art (Bob Stephenson) and Cyndi (Chelsea Lopez), where Art - who claims he's depressed - encourages Glen to sleep with his wife.  It starts off promisingly enough - as a kind of middle class Indecent Proposal - before actually going off the rails, pretending to be intelligent but only managing to outsmart itself: there's a complete disregard for the audience as scenes are seemingly stitched together at random, and it exhibits a total lack of understanding as to how human psychology sort of works.  TV on the Radio's Tunde Adebimpe is in there to try to explain things, but what I really want to know is where's their next record ... Seeds came out in 2014, buddy.
