Bad Luck Banging or Loony Porn

History instructor Emilia (Katia Pascariu) has a homemade sex tape of her and her husband uploaded to the Internet (she's not sure how it got there, but these things happen) and the students and faculty of the school "find it," which makes some parents want her to resign. Jude divides it into three parts: the first has Emilia walking around (... and walking around) a COVID-19 infected Romania while taking phone calls (the camera then tends to drift skyward, like a child with ADHD), the second is a seemingly random collage of stock footage, photographs, pornography, etc. as Jude offers commentary on past-and-present Romania (which feels like a combination of Dušan Makavejev and Godard) and the final section is a tiresome "trial" in which parents, acting like the hypocrites they are, feign shock that married couples enjoy having sex with each other (you should also hear them when you want their children to wear masks during a pandemic). While there are some inspired moments, I'm not sure all of it "meshes" well together - sometimes when you try to say everything, you wind up saying nothing - but with that being said, I appreciate Jude's offbeat look at the world and irreverent approach to filmmaking. Also: I want to believe the third ending is the correct one.
