After firing a drone missile that kills two Marines (but saves most of them), drone pilot Harp (Damson Idris) is "punished" by sending him to accompany translucent cyborg Captain Leo (Anthony Mackie) to (a.) deliver vaccines and (b.) wipe out warlord Koval (Pilou Asbæk).  It's a mish-mosh of so many other movies - Terminator 2 and all those Schwarzenegger vehicles from the 1980's, District 9, Appleseed, Black Hawk Down, etc. - and the dialogue is straight out of a mass market paperback you can find in an airport convenience store (war is ugly, so you gotta get dirty) but Netflix has this neat idea of taking A-list stars and plunking them in B-list tales with above-average special effects.  It's not the brainiest of movies - I'm not sure fiercely anti-war folk would be okay with nuking the States just to prove a point - but it is kind of fun.
