Frederick "Make Your Own Damn Thesis" Wiseman goes to Richard Lord's famed boxing gym in Austin, Texas and does what he always does: film exteriors of the city then boxers in training (weight bags, bouncing on tires) then a few scenes of Lord conversing with his clients and then some of the boxers chatting with each other about exercise tips, past fights and so on (to conclude: more exteriors of the city). Being inherently interested in boxing (I was trained at a young age by my Father) I probably found this more watchable than many people would - the footwork, the speed bag drills, sparing ... bringing back memories - but in the end it feels weightless and transparent ... like, coincidentally, most of Wiseman's efforts.
