Celestial beams of light fly down from the heavens and come to form a super-car powered by magic - and driven by a robot with a super shotgun - whose purpose is to eradicate (and consume the eyeballs of) local street toughs, led by John Cassavetes' son. This doesn't even have the gumption to be hysterically bad - it's just bad bad - and it's sad when the only tangible thing in it is that Charlie Sheen's character hooks up with the lovely, pre-Twin Peaks Sherilyn Fenn (that Sheen ... what a hound). Clint Howard appears as Jack Nance's other son from Eraserhead.
