Mediocre conclusion to a dreary, depressing and frankly tiresome trilogy about police corruption. Attempts to tie together the first two parts with this are unbelievably weak, there is no short supply of smoking and beating (and sometimes torture with cigarettes, a nice touch) and is a never-ending supply of dead little girls for the cops to find. I feel like I should be given an award for sitting through the cruelty and nihilism - American TV shows do this sordid crime business with a little less style but a lot more fun and humor (which isn't saying much, but...).
