Happy Feet

Who knew that when the penguins from last year's inexplicable hit March of the Penguins weren't protecting their young or walking across Antarctica, they really wanted to be singing Prince songs and get choreography lessons from Savion Glover? Too much dancing and singing - at one point I would have gotten on my knees and prayed for some basic conversation - and humor that can only appeal to wide-eyed six-year-olds who get all giddy looking at fuzzy animals anyway - the ending makes no sense, either, but with that six-year-old mentality, what did you expect? The 'lower class' penguins with the Argentine accents - led by Robin Williams - are the sole bright spot, just like the crafty penguins from Madagascar (in search of their own icy homeland) were that terrible picture's sole shining point.
