A group of old Army buddies decide to knock off five casinos in Las Vegas - unfortunately for the viewer, it takes a full hour of plot exposition to actually get to the palace in the desert. It's inspiring seeing the dapper Rat Pack back in human form - Jim Morrison was so right when he described film watching as vampirism - and the chemistry between them is genuine, but what should have been quick and dirty is instead bloated and riddled with plot holes.
