Cheech and Chong throwback - Chong even appears as an inmate - about stoners trying to save their buddy from jail. As I've said before, pro-drug movies are virtually the same as anti-drug movies in that they're both equally misguided and this is no exception. A few minor laughs sneak in (like the Steven Wright running gag), but I thought a lot of it was simply too irritating to be funny (like the presence of both Harland Williams and Guillermo Diaz).
