Is it so bad it's good? Or is it just bad? Is it supposed to be this stupid? Does it think it's funny? Or is it just stupid by accident? Widely acknowledged as one of the most pitiful films in existence, I actually find myself quite dumbfounded: it isn't as technically inept as one of Ed Wood's films, yet the songs are so repetitive and horribly written - and the acting so consistently lousy - that after a while it more or less just wears you down. What's even more exasperating is that it actually thinks it's about something - corporate control, mainly ... but also the cosmic fight between God and the Devil (I'm serious) - making the whole project all the more ludicrous.
