Director: Kazuaki Kiriya
Year Released: 2004
Rating: 1.0

Hopelessly muddled maximalist junk: there's a doctor who has managed to create a pool that regenerates human limbs and then there's a zombie-human resurgence [inhales sharply] and then there's a dead soldier who comes back to life but he has a special suit that enables him to have superhuman strength that he automatically knows how to use without being shown. [inhales sharply] Then there's a war going on between these new humans and everyone else with tanks and explosions and robots and a guy in all red and some crazy computer effects but Kiriya - doubling as the picture's editor - has so sense of continuity, randomly inserting elements that have no logical place in the picture. [inhales sharply] The dialogue and characters are forgettable, but there are some stunning images in there - use extreme caution when turning your head or blinking as you might miss many of them.
